After 11 years of influential work at the Novo Nordisk Foundation, contributing to its growth from 16 to nearly 300 employees and shaping its operational, financial, and impact strategies, a new chapter begins in December 2025. With extensive experience as an international STI policy advisor and evaluation expert for governments and research councils in Germany, Norway, Ireland, and Singapore, and a history of leadership roles within the Danish government, including the Prime Minister's Office, the focus remains on leveraging expertise to drive meaningful change.
